Guarantee Policy

At TEMPUS, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces. Every watch comes with a 3-year international guarantee, covering any manufacturing or component defects.

What is covered:

• Internal mechanical or movement faults due to assembly issues

• Malfunctions in components caused by manufacturing defects

What is not covered:

• Wear and tear from daily use

• Broken components due to impact or misuse

• Scratched or cracked glass

• Worn or damaged straps, missing screws or pins

• Faulty clasps caused by incorrect handling

If you experience any issue, we’re here to help. To activate the guarantee process, please email us at geral@tempusmods.com with a detailed video showing the issue. This helps us diagnose the problem remotely.

In some cases, if a video diagnosis is not possible, we may kindly ask you to send the watch to us for further inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the guarantee, we will repair or replace the faulty component free of charge, as quickly as possible.

If the issue is not covered under the guarantee, we’ll still be happy to help by offering a cost-effective repair service, so your watch gets back to its best.
